RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We will exchange or refund items with which you are not happy with, as long as the packaging and items are in the same condition as they were sold.

Items must be returned to

 'Alexandra's Country Furnishings'

 within 14 days after date of receiving the items, for a full refund or exchange. Please note that delivery and collection charges are not refundable. Original receipt must be returned as proof of purchase.

If item is faulty, due to manufacturing defect, item will be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase where possible.

All damaged goods must be reported to

 'Alexandra's Country Furnishings'

 within 24 hours of delivery of goods. No responsibility will be taken after this time.

All items are for illustration purposes only. However, reproduction of images on website are an extreme likeness, we cannot accept responsibility for colour variation caused by computer system used by yourself.
